Reservation
To make a reservation, written confirmation of receipt as well as an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required within 10 days. Upon receipt of your advance payment, Rezidencija SKIPER will send you written confirmation of this advance payment and a binding acknowledgement of your reservation. The entire balance outstanding must be paid upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard).
Cancellation costs
Unfortunately, guest cancellations will happen occasionally. Therefore we recommend you take out reservation cancellation insurance or trip cancellation insurance.
Minimum stay
The minimum period of stay in the Rezidencija SKIPER apartments and suites is three days, in the luxury villas it is one week. If you stay for a shorter period, a surcharge of 20% of the rental rate must be paid.
